What clubs ask us before placing an order.
How long does production take from order to delivery?
Production takes 5–6 weeks from when your design is approved. We manufacture overseas through our trusted supplier partnership, then ship to the UK with free delivery. If you need kits in time for the first league fixtures, get your quote request in now so we have time to finalise the design before production starts.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 15 kits. This lets us keep per-unit pricing competitive while still serving most grassroots squads in a single batch. Got a smaller squad? Mention it in the form — we can sometimes work something out for nearly-15 orders.
Are badge and sponsor prints really free?
Yes — they're built into every bundle price. Club crest on the front, sleeve sponsors, back numbers, names if you want them. No setup fees, no per-print fees, no surprises. Most competitors charge £4–8 per print. We don't.
Can I make changes after I see the first mockup?
Yes. We do unlimited design revisions until you're happy. Most clubs go through 2–3 rounds before signing off. We won't start production until you've explicitly approved the final design.
How does sizing work for a whole squad?
After you approve the design, we send a sizing form. You collect chest measurements from your players, send them back, and we manufacture to spec. Adult and youth sizing both supported. We can also include a small size-swap allowance for new signings or growing players.
